(2) When flat pressing die cutting, try to reduce the die cutting area, especially for full size small labels, because the layout is large and there are many knife arrangements, it is difficult to ensure quality.

(3) During flat press die cutting, the pad plate should be frequently replaced, especially when processing long versions, because cutting marks can affect the die cutting quality of new version labels.

(4) Frequently check the quality of die cutting, especially for automatically labeled labels. To avoid mass production quality issues. The specific inspection method is to use a signal pen to smear on the backing paper and check the penetration of cut marks on the backing paper.

(5) For die-cutting labels with large areas and complex patterns, it is necessary to go to the manufacturer to produce a die-cutting version, which can ensure die-cutting accuracy.

(6) To maintain the sharpness of the blade, establish a file and record the usage of each die cutting plate, so as to replace the blade in a timely manner.

(7) Special blades with small angles and high hardness should be used to mold film adhesive materials, especially PET materials.
