1、 Choose a platemaking method to improve the accuracy of die cutting plates

Try to ensure that the die-cutting indentation and printing are in the same working environment or the consistency of the working environment. Perform die-cutting pretreatment on the glossy and film coated printed sheets to minimize the impact of paper deformation on the die-cutting accuracy.

2、 Preparation before production Die cutting machine

Check the bronzing plate against the original, check whether the bronzing plate meets the quality requirements, whether the operation of mechanical equipment, and whether the on-site priority adjustment is normal. Check whether the switches, brakes, and other components of the mechanical equipment are flexible and reliable, and whether raw and auxiliary materials are prepared. The regular die cutting machine should be sealed with fresh paper. Large batches and frequently made products should be made into copper plates. If there are many plates, it is difficult to install them.

3、 Indentation line is out of position and not full

Indentation steel wire twisted under die cutting pressure can cause misalignment of the indentation line; Die cutting pressure can lead to unsatisfactory indentation lines. This problem can be improved by replacing the die cutting plate and increasing the die cutting pressure, respectively.

If there is a quality problem in the die cutting processing plant, it is necessary to share and solve the problem. In addition, full-time personnel should be assigned to operate to avoid unnecessary failures and accidents.
